Customs & Costs

  • Import Duty: Tiered 45% - 85% based on CIF value (reduced for Hybrids/EVs).
  • VAT: 10%. Environmental Levy: Flat $200 (or 20% if >10 yrs).

Age & Import Restrictions (CRITICAL)

Age Limits: Maximum 10 years old (older vehicles require special Ministry of Finance approval and face higher environmental levies).
