Shipping & Logistics

Steering: Any steering (LHD and RHD). RHD passenger cars for personal use are fully permitted. RHD for passenger transport (M2 and M3 categories) is prohibited.
Import: Mandatory installation of ERA-GLONASS button and obtaining SBKTS.

Customs & Costs

Processing: Customs declaration (TD) with paid utilization fee, valid EPTS, SBKTS.
Registration: The car is registered with the State Traffic Inspectorate/MREO. OSAGO policy and technical inspection are required. If imported through other EAEU countries at under-invoiced rates, the unpaid duty difference is added to the utilization fee.

Age & Import Restrictions (CRITICAL)

No strict age restrictions, but Euro-4/Euro-5 standards apply and high utilization fees depend on the vehicle's age.
